Send an HTML form without JavaScript or PHP.

HTML builds the form; Form Koi receives the submission and queues the notification. Set the action URL, keep a name on each field, and let the browser submit it.

01

Use a regular POST

A native form sends the named fields without a JavaScript dependency. Required fields and email inputs provide browser validation.

02

Choose what comes next

Configure an HTTPS thank-you destination in form settings. The browser follows the native form response after a successful submission.

03

Keep a record

Read the submission in your inbox even when a notification needs attention. Receipt and email delivery are separate events.

Copy, connect, send

Copy the HTML contact form example.

  1. Create a form and verify its recipient in your Form Koi workspace.
  2. Replace the complete example endpoint with the URL from your connection guide.
  3. Keep the honeypot name in sync with your form settings, then submit from your website.
This example uses a placeholder endpoint.

It will not deliver messages until connected to your form. It starts without Turnstile or file uploads. When you enable either, copy the updated example from your workspace.

Frequently asked questions

Contact form
questions.

Can HTML alone send an email?

HTML can submit data, but something must receive it and send the notification. Form Koi provides that service. A mailto link instead opens the visitor’s email application.

Can I stay on the same page after sending?

Yes, with a JavaScript submission handler. This example uses native browser navigation. Use the React example or the API guide when you want inline loading, success, and error messages.

Can I add more fields?

Yes. Add named inputs, textareas, or selects and keep within the submission limits in the API guide. Configure file uploads separately before adding attachment fields.
