Visitor replies require consent, a successful Turnstile check and available sending allowance. A recipient can receive one auto-reply per 24 hours across Form Koi; service-wide safeguards also apply. See the sending limits.
Extra usage
Pro includes 10,000 submissions a month. Turn on extra usage and choose a monthly spending cap, and submissions keep coming at $1.50 per 1,000 until the cap is reached. There is no bigger tier to move up to and nothing is charged unless you turn it on.
Only the workspace owner can. Until then, Pro stops accepting submissions at 10,000 a month and nothing extra is ever charged.

You get an email at 80%. At the cap, new submissions and uploads pause until you raise it or the month resets. Your bill never goes above it.

Extra usage is billed on its own monthly invoice, even on yearly Pro, rounded up once to the cent. Turning it off keeps charges already accrued. Storage is measured by the month’s peak, so deleting files does not lower that month’s charge. Email retries are never charged twice. Prices exclude tax.
$32.50 with yearly Pro billing. Set your spending cap to at least $22.50 so extra usage is not cut off. Notification emails are included at this volume.
Monthly submissions are counted across all forms in a workspace and reset on the first of each month, UTC. Unused allowance does not carry over.
Extra usage stays off until the owner turns it on and picks a monthly cap. Reaching the cap pauses paid submissions and uploads; you are never charged above it.

No. Create a free account, verify your recipient and connect your form. Upgrade from Billing when you need the Pro allowance or attachments.
With extra usage on, submissions keep coming at $1.50 per 1,000 until your monthly spending cap is reached. With it off, the form returns a 429 response until the allowance resets on the first of the month, and visitors are asked to contact you another way.
It is a monthly limit on extra usage, separate from the Pro subscription. We email you at 80% and stop accepting paid submissions and uploads at the cap. Raise it any time from Billing; charges never exceed it. Set it to $0 and Pro simply stops at 10,000.
Not at typical volumes. With extra usage on, Pro includes 20,000 emails a month plus 2 for every extra submission, enough for a notification and an auto-reply on each. Beyond that, emails are $1 per 1,000. Retries are never charged twice.
No. Pro includes 10,000 submissions each calendar month on either billing schedule. Annual payment changes the price, not the reset schedule. Extra usage is invoiced monthly either way.
By default, messages remain until you delete them. You can choose automatic message expiry from 1–365 days per form. Attachments have their own expiry of 1–365 days.
Delivered to mail server means the recipient’s mail server accepted the notification. It does not guarantee inbox placement or that someone read it. Your submission and its delivery history remain available independently.
