Why does Base64 output end in equals signs?
Padding brings the output to a multiple of four characters. Some systems accept the string without padding, but keeping it is the safest choice.
Can I encode a file instead of text?
Use the image to Base64 tool for images. For other files, most systems provide a command such as base64 on the command line.
Is anything I enter saved or sent to Form Koi?
